Help from ICT Services
ICT Services may help with any of the following:
Offering guidance, tips and tricks for better technology use
Information regarding Qustodio filtering at home
Assistance with organising laptop repairs
Replacing missing or damaged items, including student cards
Software problems
Student account problems
Problems with school ICT systems
Help for Parents
Parents may contact ICT Services by phone by calling Reception on 8525 5111.
Please present to Reception prior to making any in-person visits to ICT, in keeping with school guidelines.
Parents seeking to make enquiries regarding the 1:1 Laptop Program may also email ICT Services at laptops@shirechristian.nsw.edu.au.
Parents seeking information regarding billing regarding laptop repairs, damaged or missing items should call Reception to speak with Finance. Please note that the ICT Services team is not responsible for billing or finance-related matters.
Student Helpdesk
Visit the Helpdesk
Students are welcome to visit the ICT Services office any time they need help. ICT Services is located behind the Secondary Library opposite Room 20.

Emailing the Helpdesk
Students may create tickets using the school's helpdesk ticketing system to raise issues if they are unable to visit the ICT office in person.
Students may create a ticket in one of two ways:

Log into the ticketing system at helpdesk.shirechristian.nsw.edu.au
ICT Services will aim to respond to written requests as soon as possible.
